The next time I attempted Months later same thing happened all over again. So I ate some meat and same results. please help me .

Answers:

I very much doubt that is what is really happening but it's the simplest thing to blame.
1) You are probably DETOXING. All the bad stuff you have been storing in your cells is being released & purged from your body. Drink LOTS of fresh clean water. If you don't Juice consider doing so. Fresh homemade Juice is remarkable in it's healing properties. Hang in there it takes time to clear out your abused system.
2) Many people who stop eating animal flesh do not realize that you got eat MORE food from the veggie families to get near the calories you were consuming when eatting meat. So your body is HUNGRY & it thinks it's starving so closes down to save itself. Consider Green Smoothies they seem to really help in the transistion.

3) Are you a JUNK FOOD VEGGIE? If your diet is not full of fresh real food there is no way to be a healthy Veggie/Vegan.
4) For a quick energy boost. Take a Liquid B-12 w/folic acid. I get mine from The Vitamin Shoppe very reasonable.
I hope this helps. I really beleive in the health benefits of not eating animal flesh.
