HaHa, I find giving up meat to be easier then giving up Wal-Mart.

For ppl living pay check to pay check Wal-Mart is the solution.
Theres a Whole Food store, Fresh Pickins, and Heath store in my area. They are sooo nice, really nice but much too pricey =[ . Once I'm settled in good finacially I plan to swich my buisness over to the "good side" haha.

Besides Wal-Mart isnt the only one doing that. That doesn't make it right but I have a responsiblity to myself and others in my home. I can not let things like that get in the way of putting food on our table.

If I shop at Winn-Dixie then say I'm short on the rent or the light bill. I have better things to worry about then how Wal-Mart really manages to get those prices so low.

I'm just being honest, no need for me to say things ppl want to hear when they aren't true.

I got some vitamins... maybe its a mental thing but I feel an energy boost already.

I have this odd end job tomorrow and I have to do the grocery shopping for a traveling production crew, lots of cokes and junk food. I plan to do alll the shopping at TARGET =] see I learn. Besides its not my money and with the budget they gave me haha... I might be able to shop at Calandro’s Supermarket.

Whats really important is how do i squeeze 14 bags of ice and groceries into my itty bitty Celica car.

Sorry to see that people are getting fiesty with you about your shopping choice. You have to do what you have to do in order to keep a roof over your head and your lights on. Stay strong, sister! Don't mind them.

Any-who, the super Wal-Mart in my area carries Gardenburger, Morningstar Farms and Bocca products. They also carry some Yves, LifeLight and Galaxy products in the organic refriderated section near the produce. It's slim pickings, but I live in an area where there are not many v & vs. If you are interested, they also carry a large variety of rice and soy milks near the normal milk.
The vitamins in the green and yellow bottle should be good. (I don't remember the name, sorry!) I actually buy that brand for my calcium.
