green tea is good?

Answers:

Tea contains oils that carry its nutrition (phytochemicals and other antioxidants) into your body. If you let tea sit at room temperature, those oils will go bad. This process is slower if you refridgerate it, but the oils still break down over time. So, drink your tea as fresh as possible. Also, don't expect nutrition if you make 'solar or sun' tea.
