Why can't vegetarians eat honey?

Well, I know they can but most of them don't. Why?

I don't eat food from animals that are treated badly in the process of making it. Are bees treeated badly?

I am not a vegan either. However, I do not eat honey. The reason for this is because the honey is made for bees to eat, not us. They get trampled on and kniied when the beekeepers get the honey. You can learn more on
