Answers:

Listen to Tia.

I'll however tell you the hard part of changing as I'm a year into it. I decided to become a veggie last October. Don't get me wrong, I'm so happy I've switched and feel great both personally and physically. Just a few things you should know. Do your research. Learn what is what, how to cook with it and what to bulk up on. These days, we're lucky. There are all kinds of fake meat to chose from. So you can still have the mental image of eating meat which will help you with the withdrawl. Your body soon go into a purge. The first month, you'll be in the washroom more than you've ever been in there in your life. After a couple months of that, you'll think you're in the clear, and you will be for six months or so. Your body has been building up allot of garbage inside due to eating meat. Extra protein, toxins, chemicals and lots and lots of caked fecal mater. Poo. Your body holds onto all of this as an imune. Meat is very harmful to your system and it has to hold onto this stuff to help ease the damage it's doing to you. After a year, your body says it doesn't need it any more and gets rid of it. Sadly, it only goes out one way.

My point is, redecorate your bathroom. You're going to be in there for a while.

It is so worth it though. So read a few books, get as much advice as you can, learn to cook all over again and make your loo a little nicer to look at.

Good luck. You'll be happy when you won't even think about eating a steak ever again.
