Answers:

well I try and eat more home cooked meals that are vegetarian in order to stay healthy. Have you tried going to your neighborhood (kind of upper class) grocery store and checking out their selection of fake meat products. I like to eat morning star brand products...which include corn dogs and veggie patties. I also look up vegetarian recipes at goveg.com. Also try indian food and see if you like it, because it has a large variety of vegetarian dishes that have substance in it. It will also upkeep your intake of necessary protein and vitamins. To top it off one of the main spices in Indian food (tumeric powder) helps to cure cancer and keep the body healthy in many respects. I speak from experience in the curing cancer dept. (as I have recommended it to many and seen miracles happen).

Oooh and try falafel...it is a really good healthy fast food. You can buy them at a meditterean restaurant or make it at home.
