Where is the Msg?
I watched a series on MSG and its dangers, and agree with it because I don't like processed foods, so I try to avoid it, but I like the taste of broth, and like my rice and veggies flavored with something. I know it has many aliases. Any ideas on how to avoid msg and still cook up a delicious stir fry?

Why not make your own broth?
Just simmer veggie peels from carrots, onions, celery stalk, broccoli stalks, asparagus, etc. in water, then strain. You can freeze the mixture and pull it out when you need it instead of throwing away the scraps....just make sure your veggies are cleaned well before boiling so that you don't end up with dirt or debris in your broth. There are a lot of nutrients in the skin anyway!
