Recipe for Vegetarian Green Chile and Corn Tamales???

I bought some Green Chile & Corn Tamales once at a local deli. However, I have now moved states away and want to make some at home. I'm a great cook and looking for any recipes suggestions for a Vegetarian version of Green Chili and Corn Tamales. Thanks so much!

Okay I understand it would be similar to a meat recipe. I am looking for some actual suggestions or actual recipes please. Portions or "other" ingredients is what I am looking for. Thanks!
