i'm trying to have a healthy diet and want well it must be vegan option of a meal, for lunch and not too high on calories?

Make a wrap with hummous and veggies. A green salad topped with chickpeas and baked tofu. Vegetable soup with beans. Leftovers from dinner. Lentil salad. Lentil soup. Peanut butter and crackers with a side of fruit. Prepackaged vegan meals. "Eggless" salad (get at health food stores). You've got tons of options.
