BABY SPINACH WITH BLUE CHEESE, AND PECANS,,, ARUGALA GREENS WITH FRESH MOZZARELLA,AND GREEN OLIVES,BABY TOMATOS OR CHERRY TOMATOS ,ALL SERVED WITH A SIMPLE DRESSING OF OLIVE OIL WINE VINEGAR,SALT, PEPPER, NAMASTE Spring greens with cranberries, sprouts, peanut dressing If you've got all this, try mixing together sliced tomatoes, baby lettuce, cucumber slices, beetroot slices or chunks, cover it with a vinaigrette made of equal parts of vinegar, tomato juice, oil, with some salt and pepper, then scatter grated cheese or Parmesan over the whole thing. chicken ceasar salad- regular and romaine lettuce, tomatoes, olives, shredded mozzerella, parmesian, grilled chicken (diced), ceasar dressing

3TBLSPNS RED WINE VINEGAR
3TBLSPNS OLIVE OIL
1/2 CAN CHICKEN STOCK
1TEASP.SALT

'' ' CHOPPED PARSLEY
1 POUND FRESH GREEN BEANS
1 SPRIG SUMMER SAVORY[OR DRIED]
COMBINE VINEGAR OIL CHICKEN STOCK SALT FEW GRINDS OF FRESH PEPPER. BEAT VIGOROUSLY STIR IN DILL AND PARSLEY. SET ASIDE.

TRIM THE ENDS OF THE GREEN BEANS AND CUT THEM INTO 2 INCH LENGTHS DROP THEM INTO 2 QUARTS OF BOILING WATER THEN LOWER THE HEAT AND BOIL THE BEANS UNCOVERED FOR 15 MINS.
DRAIN THEM AND RUN COLD WATER OVER THEM TO KEEP THEIR COLOR TRANSFER THEM TO A LARGE BOWL AND POUR THE DRESSING OVER THEM. STIR TO COAT THEM WELL TASTE FOR SEASONING AND CHILL FOR ONE HOUR.
