R u a complete vegetarian if u eat whole grain breads?

cuz i do.

Answers: yes. a vegetarian is a person who does eat meat or food with animal products. whole wheat bread comes from wheat so there is no animal products. ~xox are you sure you know what a vegetarian is? last time i checked there is no animal products in wheat bread.....??? The best way to figure this out is to read labels. The things you need to look for -- if you're a vegan -- are any animal products. This includes dairy, eggs, animal fats, and, if you're a strict adherent, honey.

It's always best to read product labels, as you'll then educate yourself about what some products contain: It can be eye-opening. As a vegan, also supplement your B-Complex vitamins, as it's difficult to get the full array when eating a vegan diet. unsure... remember processed foods are under scruteny.. best you can do.. is jot down things like the company name... the ingredients.. and do some research online and see if they're vegan friendly...

that's about as best as you can do... remember it doesn't hurt to find out... what's the worst that can happen? you made an error because the company didn't state themselves if it was applicable for vegans?

it's up to you to find out... this also goes for any vegan friendly product.. i find quite a bit of these products are not vegan which is sad.... it happens... i let it go and stick with my fresh produce. vegetarians r those who eat everything other than meat n egg! uhh yeah, no animal products r i whole grain bread... maybe you though eggs were in them? thats vegan though. but good for you as a veggie!!! <3 Yes most definitely - you need whole grains for iron. Well I've grown up a vegetarian and i eat whole grain breads all the time...so yeah I guess here's a good time saving tip: look for a parve (or pareve?) label. if it says that, it probably won't have animal products (unless if there is fish in there - i'll explain why in a moment). if it has a U-d that means that there is dairy in it. the symbols are from a jewish system that tells whether or not it has either meat or dairy in it. they don't mix meat and dairy, so they have labels that say if it has dairy or nothing. it just happens to be convenient for vegetarians and vegans. and ALWAYS double-check the label - they don't count fish or honey, because they figure that fish and bees aren't animals or something. but, all in all, it saves time.
