Answers: I noticed. Actually that was one of the reasons why I went organic - to get back that energy I lost. This year I tested my
ENERGY by hiking up to Half Dome in Yosemite National Park - in ONE DAY. Originally I had planned to make it a 2 day trip because of the strenous climb. It's 4800 ft gain from the Valley floor to the top of Half Dome. Made good time to Nevada Falls and continued. At the foot of Half Dome, I took a half hour break, but by 1pm I was at the top. Ta dah! dunno, not really, not really any different except i know that the animals have a decent life while they are producing milk/eggs, fair enough they probably dont get it that good, but its the best i can do for now, i am on the way to becoming vegan It most likely is psychological my dear. Much of the food that is labeled "organic" is simiply that a "label". It's not organic at all it's just priced higher because the veggie heads will pay the price. Even if it were organic, I doubt that there is a scintilla of difference that you would notice. at first, my vegan-organic diet of apples, carrots, salads, vegan bread, and soymilk made me feel great and energised but then i would go to practice and not be able to do anyhting. I would try to run a mile and almost collapse. I later found I wasn't gettting enough calories, and that helped a little but I was still whiped out durring practices.
Now I take a multi-v for iron defic. and I eat seafood that we catch from the ocean. It just has too many health benifits to ignore.
