What's a good, simple, and vegetarian meal I can bring to school for lunch?


Just something I can make in less than 15 minutes and bring for lunch that can stay in my bag or locker for hours
and meat's no treat for those you eat

Also, if you fill a bottle of water a little more than halfway up, and then freeze it the night before, then fill it the rest of the way with water in the morning, it can act as a mini cooler in your lunch bag to keep your foods cool and fresh most of the day.
peanut butter and jelly, or pb and fluff ( may contain gelatin) veggies cut up with ranch for dipping, or honey mustard
fresh fruit cut up or whole
fatoush (middle eastern dish made with lettuce, mint,parsley,tomatoes,olive oil,onion and garlic)
sliced tomatoes with feta cheese or olive oil and salt and pepper
cheeses and whole grain bread or crackers
cookies
graham crackers
pasta salad with italian dressing(no mayo) A salad w/ apples or some other kind of fruit. Hummous sandwich and piece of fruit Check this website for quick and easy vegetarian meals. hello..... try what they call "adobong talong". You can cook it in less than 10 minutes. All you need are eggplant, soy sauce, onion, cooking oil. First of all, bring a ice pack!

The list really goes on forever.... but I really hope this one helps! Peanut butter sandwich. it may sound werid but i usaully pack an regular slad (how ever u like it) and pour pickle jucie on it it is very taste and u usally have a crowd aroung u who wants to try it!! Use a tortilla and fill it with lettuce, hummus, sprouts, all veggies, and roll it up. Bring an ice pack, and you're set. Lettuce, cheese, tomato, and avocado. ive made baked eggplant sandwiches with pesto spread/or basil leaves, vegetable fried rice, or seaweed salad (premade at Asian market) with mango sticky rice. My fav is a flavored tortilla like spinach, layered with fresh spinach or other greens, black beans, soy cheddar cheese, avocado, sliced tomato and onion. Sprinkle with oil and balsamic vinegar (not much), salt and pepper. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Add an apple, banana or grapes for dessert. veggie patties or gluten sand witch or a hot dog that is made of veggie ingredients You should get an insulated lunch bag so you can have more options. Mash up some chick peas, add veganaise, relish, and spicy mustard, put on bread or eat as is. a carrot and an apple for dessert
