Edit: Not even if you take the little pieces of meat out. The noodles probably don't have meat in them so you can eat the noodles plain, but they may have been made with eggs. It depends, often those noodles don't contain any meat in fact. You need to read the ingredients to find out.
Go vegan! No, not even shrimp is vegetarian. Ummmmmmm. The ramen where the noodles and the flavoring are separate, you can eat, if you don't use the flavor packet. Otherwise, no. However, if you're a vegetarian ramen fan, that brand DOES make mushroom and vegetable flavors, both of which are meat free. I don't. The beef/chicken/whatever flavoring probably has real beef/chicken/whatever. There are vegan versions of ramen, but they're not as cheap as the Maruchan or other conventional soups.
