Does anyone know what enzymes kraft and velveeta cheese use? Are the veggie friendly? No rude answers please!


Answers: The only cheeses(from Kraft brand) that do not contain animal rennet are Kraft Swiss Cheese and Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheeses. Source(s):
Conscientious vegan I think it varies depending on the cheese. I have seen Kraft cheese with just microbial enzyme, and different packages (but the same type of cheese, i.e. cheddar etc) with animal rennet. I don't really know why.
