By the way we have been non dairy for close to a year. We use soy milk, nay o naise, Non dairy butter...etc. vegweb.com and veganchef.com are a couple of good sites. If you like to cook at home and are open to try new recipes, there are a lot of things you can do. I really like scrambled tofu with hash browns and ketchup on weekend mornings. The PPK is a really good source for that and other such recipes. I recently made vegan blueberry muffins; they were great to have on hand in the morning as well. Tonight we made vegan mini quiche with a tossed salad and goddess dressing. The possibilities are endless. If you have a particular meal you would like to make, I have a ton of recipes...I would be happy to e-mail a few to you.

Happy cooking! The best website for vegetarian/vegan recipes is http://vegweb.com . I've been going there for a long time. My user name is LauraNC there, you can see some pictures of food I've taken. try to buy a few good cookbooks . . . they're cheap on amazon . . . check out moosewood or any veggie cookbooks for whatever ethnic food you like. you'll get some inspiration from them. also, do a blog search in google and you'll find tons of veggie blogs with recipes and tips.
