Answers: Tofu - Protein, calcium, iron and fat
Almonds - Vitamin E, protein, fats
Peanuts - Protein, niacin, fats, B vitamins
Walnuts - Omega 3 fatty acids, protein
Eggs - Vitamin B12, protein, roboflavin, vitamin A, vitamin E, folate
Milk - Calcium, vitamin D, protein
Beans - Protein, fiber
Eat plenty of greens for vitamin K, lots of wholegrain breads for magnesium, zinc, fiber, selenium, B vitamins, and the carbs you need for exercise. Eat lots of fruit and veg, of course - and you'll feel better. Vegetarian diets are capable of giving all you the nutrition you need. put it in a blender and add tofu. when it's liquified, then drink it. (you did say you didn't want to EAT it). I think you are asking about protein. there are many other better forms of protein. Nuts, soy, protein drinks, etc pills and suppliments Tofu! Fry it up, add some soy sauce and some vegatables, and you have a nice vegan salad. Soy milk has a bunch of protein, but since your're just vegetarian plain milk is fine too. And one more thing.... Trail mix! try other protein sources like beans, eggs, etc, and take supplements. The only real nutritional value from meat is protien and iron but you can get those in abundance from plant sources. Here are two web sites that list foods containing both.

Also, if you are looking for Omega-3 or 6 try grapes, walnuts, soy, and flaxseed. If you ate 2 oz. of meat twice or 3 times a week, you would be up to your old self. Or you can complicate your life and eat a pile of separate foods suggested to make up the nutrients you need from eating very small amounts of meat. I would recommend at least 3 times given that between your growing and XC you are depleting nutrients faster than you can replace them Feeling weaker is a very bad sign. Now is not the time to be jerking around with diet.
You might want to Google "Flexitarian Diet" and check those websites. As an athlete the Flexitarian Diet is ideal to keep you in shape mentally and physically. well if you were a vegetarian like you claim.. you'd know this answer.
so what you're really saying is... you're not a vegetarian..
try researching this lifestyle choice of yours next time before you pounce into it without thinking.
i'm a vegetarian and i have never suffered weakness.. protein issues.... for the last 25 years... so what you're saying is....
you're not eating right.... right? what you're saying is you've jumped into this without thinking... without study.. without knowlege....
humm.. seems most do that... and they suffer for it.
read up about vegetarianism.. read up on what it's really about... and how about trying some fresh fruits and veggies... legumes.. tubers.. some root vegetables while you are at it also...
ever hear of nuts, seeds? how about some soy product too?
and why the hell do you want the nutrients in meat? meat has lesser than fresh fruits and vegetables.
silly wannabee.
go back to eating meat.. oh weak one.
