http://www.annecollins.com/protein_diet/... peanut butter has a lot of protein and also is a meat subitute Rabbits. dairy, eggs, dry beans 1/2c=9 grams, cottage cheese has 15gm for 1/2c,
Remember to complete the proteins though or you won't get the complete amino acids If you havent already, check out quinoa (keen-wah). Pound for pound, its got more protein than a burger. It has about 125 calories per 1/2 cup, it doesnt have much flavor, which means you can spice it any way you want, kinda like tofu... I like to boil it in water, then add some salsa and black beans. Onions, parsley, olive oil, peppers, corn, you can add just about anything to this stuff and it tastes great :)

(you can get it at Whole Foods or other supermarkets in the Grain section) Protein, eggs, nuts... R u a veggie bc if not, meat.... if u want to know, vegatarians in india ,there will eat vegetarian fish , chic ken ,lamp which is high in protein because they are made from soya.
u can also eat red bean, black bean, corns ext.............
good luck eggs, milk, soya milk, tofu, low-fat yoghurt, cheese, roast beef, roast chicken, sausages, bacon, ham, beefburgers, corned beef.
