www.recipezaar.com Add English mustard and fresh parsley Teach it to play chess. Add a steak or a couple of lightly cooked Lamb Chops. Make sure you don't over cook them though Lamd and beef both need to have blood running out of them to get the most taste. YUMMY add chili Add bacon and onions to the cheese sauce! Throw it in the bin! add some cumin to the sauce..always goes nice with a cheese sauce (lovely with macaroni cheese) Add some english mustard to your chesse sauce and sprinkly nutmeg on the top before baking - yum!! You could add some bacon rashers to it,,,,or try different types of cheese,,red and blue for example....or add a little curry powder to the sauce mustard, grilled bacon on top I put Broccolli in with the cauliflower, and i sprinkle some grated cheese over the top (aswell as pouring cheese sauce over), then i brown it under the grill, its yummy. Oh........and it's nice if you put chives on the top too. my daughter loves it with chopped ham and broccolli.
also loves the above on toast. ooohh I agree with the happy murcia, I usually only put pinch of mustard powder in my cheese sauce but will defo try the blue cheese! That sounds yummy. Put sweet chilli sauce in the cheese sauce, and have broccoli in the bake too! Here you go, all you need. http://web.foodnetwork.com/food/web/sear... By choosing to make another meal instead!!! I steam cauliflower, make my own cheese sauce with grated Mozarella, grated Cheddar and grated Jarlsberg. I mix cauliflower with sauce, put in an oven dish under the grill until it browns, cheese hardens a little as it does.

I serve it with garlic toasts. Family loves it that way. Add some garlic butter to the cheese sauce and sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the grated cheese on top before browning - makes a nice crunchy topping! We love ours with bacon and onion or even potato in layers cover with cheese sauce made with a little mustard sprinkle with crunched up crisps and cover with grated cheese.

DELICIOUS You could encourage it to read more, and maybe get out and meet new people. That might give it a more rounded personality.

Or you could use exotic cheese mixes, a few herbs, use organc Cauli' which DOES taste better.

It's more about what you serve it with I think. take out the cauliflower (yuk) and use broccoli instead Add some spring onions and smoked paprika Make some breadcrumbs, mix with grated cheese and put on top before baking and make a nice crispy topping.
Also add Aromat when making the cheese sauce.
Or add sliced tomatoes on top and grill. As already suggested, a dollop of English mustard will bring out the flavour of the cauli and the cheese. Also, try veggie hot dogs (Tescos do them, as do Sainsbury's) chopped up in the sauce. Also, you could try some chilli crisps crumbled on top before you pop it under the grill. dye the cheese I'm guessing that you don't want to use bacon, given this is in the vegetarian section... a few tips:
1) As people have said above, use a little mustard in the cheese sauce.
2) Make your own cheese sauce from scratch - make a bechemel with butter and flour. Infuse the hot milk beforehand with a bay leaf, onion and a couple of cloves.
3) Use good quality cheese - a good melting cheese like gouda or cheddar plus parmesan for flavour. Make sure you sprinkle a little grated parmesan on top too.
4) Try adding some mushrooms first cooked in butter with a grating of fresh nutmeg.

One great way to do it is to gently cook the cauliflower whole until just tender, then cut it into florets. Reassemble the whole cauliflower using the sauce as 'mortar'. Then sprinkle the whole lot with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan before baking until hot through and nicely browned on top. add mustard... different types of cheese... and frankfurter hot dogs add some peppers add mushrooms sprinkle bread crumbs on the top with some more cheese and put under the grill for a nice crunchy topping Add whole grain mustard, chopped onion or herbs.
Vary the type of cheese.
Sliced tomato on the top. Add hot sauce.
