Why would a question about bluetongue, foot and mouth and salmonala be removed from the vegetarian catagory?!

Question:

Why would a question about bluetongue, foot and mouth and salmonala be removed from the vegetarian catagory?

Why would this happen I only asked it this afternoon?
my point was that people wouldnt be eating meat 100 years from now as there would be no space. fields and farms would be used for housing in this growing population.
whats wrong with that.?

These are all diseases affecting animals which people eat. the animals are being culled because of the diseases, As a veggie I think its better not to eat meat
To me its another reason not to eat meat,
The land would eventually be used for housing rather than farming.

I answered it and had another link for you....Argos ( a UK catalogue sales place) have had to recall furniture because of allergic reactions.

I guess the leather is also fighting back !

Its true that it doesn't belong in this section, but then neither do most of the troll questions we get and they remain.

Anyway, posting a question in the wrong section is not "against" guidelines, Putting it in the right section is regarded as "good", puttnig it in the wrong section is not regarded as "bad" according to Yahoos terms, so it shouldn't be removed just because its in the wrong section.

Of course there is nothing in the article I quoted that said the allergy was caused by a product on the leather so I guess I didn't deserve David's "lies and deceit". Because it should be in agriculture under science and mathematics. what has bluetongue etc got to do with vegetarian food? maybe there is a farming section you could ask your question in. Hi Doug,
Because "veggies" can't handle reality, their protocols and views are all one sided...... theirs !!!! they probably blame the
farmer for these outbreaks if he had no animals this wouldn't
happen.
Lots of students are vegetarian why! , because they would rather spend their money on something else other than meat
OK ya
Regards........
CoffeeBean I don't know what bluetongue is, but I assume you are talking about diseases. I'm not sure how that relates to people 100 years from now not eating meat.

Sorry, I don't know how those two subjects could be connected.

I don't run Yahoo Answers so I don't know why some questions get removed and other obviously offensive ones don't.

Maybe you can ask under 'help.'

PS: Thanks for the clarification. Yes, I do see the connection now. However, the "powers that be" here on Yahoo aren't clear about the issues related to this section and may have dropped it because they see it as unrelated. I am of that opinion because I have noticed they don't do anything when trolls in this section are reported.

I would ask them if I were you. If you want somebody to back you up, I would be glad to; just let know if there's any way I can help. Even if we both get kicked off of here it won't be the end of the world. Another jaundiced answer MICHAEL H guess thats the way to the top here lies, deceit and a lack of intelligence. The reaction is caused by a coating put on the leather not the leather itself. But guess no one will do anything about lies and disrespect on here. Must be the lack of meat in your diets.
