Answers: I like the answer to go to Jamba Juice, it certainly is much more convenient than growing, etc. yourself. If you want to juice it yourself you can buy it at several markets in the organic produce section. You can get a special wheatgrass juicer for as little as $50 from the discount juice web site already mentioned. However, if you decide to go the whole mile of doing it yourself take a look at Ann Wigmore's book "Wheatgrass". It gives directions for the entire process, also a complete run down of the remarkable benefits of wheatgrass. Doing it yourself is time consuming. We've 'done it all', now we run over to Jamba Juice, too. Many health facilities, clinics, etc., regularly use wheatgrass in their programs. On a personal note, my daughter is suffering from a severe health crisis and uses wheatgrass both orally and as an implant. This helps tremendously with her nausea, pH balancing, constipation. We believe it truly helps her. Source(s):
Hippocrates Health Institute, West Palm Beach, FL; Ann Wigmore's book 'Wheatgrass'; and lot's more. Wheatgrass is great! You can grow it at home and then juice it after it matures. Look at this site, it'll help with wheatgrass information.

http://www.discountjuicers.com/wheatgras... I think wheatgrass juice is the best way to go . . . I've done research about growing it and juicing it myself but the juicers - the good ones - are very pricey and I've heard conflicting things about growing wheatgrass at home, so for me, it's easier to go to Jamba Juice for it.
