Should i become vegetarian?!

Question:

Should i become vegetarian?

Some people say that its really healthy to become a vegetarian. So should I or should I not?

Answers: There are many reason you should:
1- Physically: humans are not involved to be eat meat as some people think - we can find it out just by comparing our body with a carnivore: carnivores have much smaller intestine than humans, because they body need to expel the toxin from the meat quickly, otherwise it contaminates the systems, as do for humans, creating many disease.
2- Spiritually: believe or not, to eat meat is a very sinful act, according to the bible, Bhagavad Gita and any other holy book.
3- Ecologic: the methane pollution from the overpopulation of cattle, the destruction of the rain forest for meat, the famine for so many, the pollution of the rivers by the animals'waste, etc.
4- Moral: A pig is not much different than a dog, regarding intelligence and we know, when we get close to an animal , as a pet, we can see they individuality, capacities, feelings - and notice that the only difference between them and us is they body and thus one has to be very brutal to be able to slaughter and animal with his/her own hand . I have a butcher friend that become vegetarian, he couldn't bear the suffering of the animals. Source(s):
Paul: "destroy not the work o god for the sake of food... it is good neither to drink wine or eat flesh..."(Bible, Roman 14:20,21)
Judaism: "Thou shall not kill", Exodus 20.13
"He that kill an ox is like him who kills a man; he that sacrifices a lamb, like him who breaks a dog's neck... Isaiah 66.3.
Hinduism: Laws of Manu, 5:55: "He who gives permission, he who kills the animal, he who sells the slaughtered animal, he who cook the animal, he who administers the distribution of the flesh, and at last, he who eats the flessh are all muderes and all of them are punishable under the law of karma."
Islam: Maim not to be brute beasts... Whorever is kind to the lesser creatures is kind to himself... He who takes pity even on a sparrow and spares its life. Alla will be merciful on him on the day of the judment." Profhet Mohammed.
(Book food for peace, by rambhoru devi dasi) Yes! It's a great way to spare animals from suffering while removing things like fatty, cholesterol laden red meat from your diet and body. Chances are, it will also introduce you to many new foods and even new friends. Check out www.peta.org for some great reasons to go veg. umm no enjoy life lol Hitler did and look at all he accomplished.

Adolf could not bear to eat meat, because it meant the death of a living creature.

He refused to have so much as a rabbit or a trout sacrificed to provide his food.

He would allow only eggs on his table, because egg-laying meant that the hen had been spared rather than killed.
http://www.adolfthegreat.com/trails-tale... LB, it is a personal question.I think that you don′t must listen what people say but to do what do you want.I am vegetarian since when i was born.I hate blood, i hate meat. So , it′s easy don′t eat meat. If you like is better don′t stop because only it is "in vogue".Ok? Good Luck! See you! u becoming one will benefit none
but just that u will deprive ur sel fo rich protein content that only non veg food can boost of and no beggie food can come close to It is definitely a healthier way of eating but is a personal choice. If you don't want to give up meat completely, then don't. Just reduce the amount you eat until you are comfortable with it. That's not vegetarian strictly speaking but the majority of vegetarians will eat meat on rare occasions. No, you shouldn't. Humans evolved eating meat, that's why we have canine teeth. You can't be healthy by cutting an entire food group out of your diet.

Keep in mind though that you don't need to eat MUCH meat, and in western countries especially, people are eating WAY too much meat, but some meat is healthy, red meat is a better source of iron than any vegetable or grain I know of, and you don't need to eat much. I think the recommended amount is two playing-card-deck sized portions of LEAN red meat per week. (So no fast food 'meat', no burgers, I'm talking actual meat like a piece of steak.)

If you do chose to keep eating meat, which is the healthy thing to do,always buy free range meat/eggs/etc and wild fish, and buy it from a local butcher and support your community, NOT the super markets, they have shitty meat. Free range meat actually tastes better too, so its worth the extra cost (if there is one).

I'd also read up on the meat food standards in the USA if thats where you live, because they are seriously BAD, but if you're armed with knowledge then you can make an informed decision. You shoud. Everybody should. Well, that is if you want to have a healthy and long life. You should. If you want a kickoff to that search in youtube for videos about how are the poor creatures tormented until they die to reach our all-eating mouth. You will also feel lighter if you eventually become one,not only physically but mentally too.I am a vegan and I do.
PS:You may also free your inner power, all those things they say about psychic energy and things like that.Believe me. If you want to you should, if you dont want to, you shouldn't. No. if thats what floats your boat, it is easier to stay healthy when veggie as you dont eat any where near as much fat. Becoming a vegetarian doesn't magically make you more healthy. If you become a veg and you eat nothing but potatoes, potato chips, and french fries, you're going to be in trouble. You have to try new things; try new vegetables and new meat-free recipes. It's your decision... but of course people on this forum will say you should become a vegetarian. I'm saying the same thing. You'll save a lot of living, breathing creatures a lot of AGONY... watch some slaughterhouse videos and I promise that hamburger won't even be appetizing anymore. yes,,, it is healther..and you sleep better and .. it dont hurt animals..
you shouldnt become veg. just cuz its heather think of the animals... go here goveg.com if u are going to try to go veg. this site will help you.
