Answers: Currently have leeks, potatoes, onions, shallots, red onions, cabbage, broccoli tips, green asparagus, vine ripened tomatoes, beets in vinaigrette sauce, butter lettuce, cauliflower, butternut, baby gem squash and baby courgettes. Green and red peppers and celery in the freezer. Oh yes almost forgot... brown mushrooms and garlic in the fridge. Also like carrots and egg plant but do not have any in the fridge at the moment. We have tons of fruit and veggies in our house.

tomatoes
potatoes
eggplant
yellow squash
zucchini
peppers - green, poblano, cayenne, jabanero, scotch bonnet, and
hungarian wax peppers
onions
garlic
spinach
bananas
apples
watermelon At home I drink a lot vegetable juices, mostly carrots. Uncooked vegetables are better than the cooked one, easy to digest and taste better.
I don't eat corn even if one pays for me to, i hate the taste and i hate the beet too, but ocasionaly i drink its juice, when i want to clean my intestine.
Green, my child eats a bag of spinach with some olive oil everytime she has one and I love rockets leaves and all leaves, not cooked. i only eat
potatoes
carrots
