Your favorite vegetarian meal and how to make it?!

Question:

Your favorite vegetarian meal and how to make it?

Answers: Peanut mince if you make plenty it can be used in different ways such as adding equal amounts of cooked rice and an egg it can be turned into rissoles or turned into a shepherds cottage pie by placing mashed potatos on top and browning under the grill . I stir fry a grated carrot a chopped stalk of celery a chopped onion and 6 med mushrooms then add 1 small cup chopped peanuts add a small cup of water and milk mixed bring to the boil then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of oats to thicken Season with salt pepper and I add a teaspoon of curry powder then some chopped capsicum and often some chopped parsley. you can vary the recipe sometimes i put in some cabbage or spinach. It's been an old faithful of mine for 30 years and nonvegatarians love the rissoles they are nice cold as well Falafel with hummus sauce in pita bread is my favorite. To make the falafel, you would need to go to a specialty middle eastern grocery store, they have packaged falafel mixes. Follow the directions and voila!

You can also buy the canned hummus sauce and the pita bread there.

You can add tomatoes, lettuce and all sorts of pickles to your wrap, enjoy. It's not really a meal in itself, but I love stuffed grape leaves. You can get really good ones from a lady who sells them on ebay. It says on the side of the can that you can heat them up with tomato sauce, but I love eating them cold right out of the can! Three bean chilli is really nice - I just googled it and there are loads of recipes.
Same goes for vegetarian mousakka which uses lentils instead of mince.
