Preferably red as they promote good sleep. Some kind of cracker dipped in almond butter and then some fruit spread. Mmmmmm! well I just had some crackers with cheese and pork loin it was delicious. eat what ever its your life but do regular exercise without fail eat healthy be healthy
if like snacks to eat but limited & do exercise dont just sit on one pace keep moving.

A nice slice of Strawberry Cheesecake will go down sweet! You can eat that if you want. I just ate some cashew nuts. Healthy. i like to snack on pita and hummus! fruit salad. banana and strawberries.
