Come on dude wake up and smell the coffee! not me. but any spicy food sure does. no , lol . well , maby something will happen . like u get gas =P No, I eat cheese & drink red wine before bed all the time. Then again, maybe the red wine keeps the nightmares away... :) No, it actually helps you sleep. But on big brother they did a test and its affects your dreams somehow, but you don't get nightmares. The in-depth Cheese & Dreams study, a first of its kind, reveals that eating cheese before bed will not only aid a good night’s sleep but different cheeses will in fact cause different types of dreams. No, I don't believe so! I don't know... My hubby and I ate Qdoba burritos for dinner and went to bed kind of early and we both had crazy dreams. I don't know if it was the cheese or the seasoning or what. wow thats funny lol ive never heard that one b4 u should ask mythbusters.... I'm gonna go with no. Never heard of that! dude..ur question is waaaaaaaaay too deep for me!!!!i really dont think it does..
