Peanut butter is a great way to gain weight. You could also eat more eggs (assuming you are not ovo-lacto).
Eating about every 3 hours is healthful. A breakfast of oatmeal and a yogurt cup, a few hours later some carrot sticks or celery and peanut butter, for lunch a sandwich,a few hours later some sunflower seeds or peanuts. Then for dinner a nice salad with a vegetarian entree.(veggie lasagna, veggie pizza..)
Just remember that vegetarian means vegetable, so don't load up on carbs. (i.e. top ramen, spaghetti, etc the usual teen diet)
learn to spell vegetarian.
You need protein to build muscle. Eat whole grains, seeds, nuts, soy beans, and tofu.
Umm....
How old are you???
It sounds like you're pretty young, in which case the skinnying up might just be part of a natural growth process, and nothing to worry about.

If not, I would say you should go for more carbs, pastas and such, and maybe some more dairy.
You are a crazy veggie head. Stop being a crazy veggie head. Eat a few times at McDonald's and you might not look so pathetic.
