Your question is way too broad! There are a LOT of different products made hemp including hair care products.

Whether it's going to be vegan depends on the specific product you're looking at. They could (for instance) use hemp AND placenta and still call it hemp shampoo!

Assuming you've found a vegan hemp shampoo you'll not know how good it is for your hair until you try it. What works for me may not work for you, since we've all got different hair types.

And you should know that most drug tests are so sensitive and non-specific that you most likely WILL test positive for drug use if someone does a hair test on you! Those tests don't look for the actual drug THC, but metabolites and other compounds found in hemp. There are already several people suing drug testing companies for false positives from using hemp based products.

What wasn't stated is that nearly all cases brought to court (regarding drug testing) are people trying to lie their way through a sticky situation, or bad drug testing practices on the part of the drug test equipment manufacturers.
