Here are 3 of the top people involved in Juice Feasting.
My daughter is doing it right now, luvs it. Plans on a 30 days feast.
1) Juicing does not take out the nutrients, it actually makes them more readily available but removing the pulp & fiber. Your absorbtion rate of the "food" in the juice is quick & efficient.
2) Very important to Drink enough juice to get your needed calories. If you don't then it wil be a fast, not a feast.

EDUCATED yourself.

Slainté (to your health)
Thats fasting...
I would not recommend it unless you want the risk of having your gall bladder taken out. Cause most likely that will be the case.
if the fruits are fresh.. no.... just mostly fiber and some iron products will be deminished but not so much that it's important... iron is so plentiful..... and so is fiber actually.

i do this on weekends... i love fresh juices. i also like the high i get from it..... it's hard on my juicer though... i need a new one.. thanks for reminding me.

don't do any type of fasting for more than a 5 day period.... (per session leaving at least a week or two of regular eating habits between the fasting.)

:D

do more research before you dive into anything.. google.com is always a good research resource of information of any type... for people all over who's tried it.. or promote it.

it's not against the law to do vegetable juicing and mix the two.. there's nothing like carrot and orange juice.... from fresh....

and you can try to make your own V8 juice.. from fresh which is much better... lesser chemicals! V8 juice from the company who makes it... is full of sodium.. addtives... it's good tasting but it's not as good for you as if you try to make it yourself.... there's also information about that in google.com

Juice feasting lasts for 7 days. During this time, you only drink freshly made juices while injecting steroids, listening to Juice Newton and watching O.J. Simpson movies and NFL footage.

The current record is 9 days and 12 hours and the subject has not been the same since.

Juice feasting is illegal in Kansas and Utah.
