I think broshures and information about being vegetarian
u can download it as a .PDF
Nothing... it's a small (maybe 10 page) "magazine" full of things you probably already know... and it takes 2 months for it to get to you. A little internet research is much more productive.
J.R. is right. You can go to the website below and get easy, quick tips for vegetarianism.

It's not a kit as much as a guide. A number of vegetarian organizations have little booklets about the hows and whys of veg*anism. Compassion Over Killing (www.cok.net) calls theirs a starter guide, as it's more accurate than saying "kit." They also send their stuff out a lot quicker than PETA does.

You can also go to www.vegweb.com for information and links.

The book "Skinny B!tch" also has a lot of information for wannabe vegans. It's a pro-vegan book disguised as a diet book.
a few fecipes, some celebrity quotes, basic nutitional information. it varies a lot depending on what campains are going on, mine was full of anti-kfc papers but somegirl at my lunch table got one a few days ago and it had little pamphlets on "cutting out dissection." If you all ready know the basics and know you want to go veg, check their website. it's just a waste of paper unless you are really on the fence.
Poster board, markers and sticks to make protest signs. Red paint to throw on people wearing fur. Bolt cutters to cut locks and chains off to let animals free. Full set of burglar tools break into various places for purposes of turning animals loose and destroying records. Euthanizing drugs for euthanizing animals as PETA did in post-Katrina New Orleans.
