I think only the light kind is.

You can check out Caring Consumer.com to see...they have a fourteen page list of all the ingrediants that aren't vegan so you can check the label yourself. I don't buy that kind so I can't check it for you.

Although the container does not list it as vegan, it does list it as non-dairy, so I'm assuming it is.
It is a very delicious alternative to butter.
