How often should a vegetarian eat cheese?!
Answers: i eat half fat cheese once a week and drink milk everyday
It varies greatly from one person to the next. As a vegetarian myself, I know that you do need to get protein from somewhere, and dairy is one of the best sources available. But you can also get it from lentils and pulses.
Provided you don't have any lactose intolerance, cheese shouldn't be an issue.
It varies from person to person. I eat cheese almost everyday and it doesn't cause me any problems.
*gasp* i can't believe you're even DRINKING milk! shame on you, sparkles. sha~ame.
soymilk all the way for me. yum. i don't think there's anything wrong with drinking milk or even eating meat (although there is a LOT wrong with farming methods and the things they'll do to animals to squeeze out profits), i just don't like the idea much. it's weird. i think cheese is a pretty good invention, unless you're asian and can't process it (luckily i didn't inherit that), but ya, it's quite fattening if you eat too much. half fat is good i think.
these people don't like it if you drink milk.

have you tried cereal with water instead of milk? don't do it, it's horrible. but, maybe some people like it.
i guess there's nothing really wrong with milk or cheese, unless you're thinking of turning vegan. neither have eyes, i think.
take care

call me tumbling dice, it was kind of a joke. i really don't mind who eats what. unless they eat people. from your avatar, you look like you might?
me too. I think it just enough
There are a lot of options to get the calcium you need instead of dairy.
If you like it then that's fine.
I like cheese, but I try to stay away from it because of the fat content. I don't like milk much. (except with the chocolate chip cookies I had earlier :o))
That's really a personal choice and up to that vegetarian though I would suggest not eating it too terribly often as it really isn't very good for you.
As for the amount of milk you're drinking that's up to you too though you may consider cutting down a bit since most milk is chock full of hormones and other icky things.
sorrow----do you eat store bought produce?----well SHAME ON YOU too!! It's fertilized with products made from boiling animal parts. You're going to shame the asker because they drink milk and you eat the produce? For shame.
i see you're 16 years old, that'll explain it.
I don't think there's a set schedule for eating cheese.
Do not eat cheese that is made of cow's milk. a vegetarian should only eat soy cheese.
Dairy products should be used in moderation, because they are fattening, contain choleseterol, and aren't the healthiest thing you can eat, dispite the dairy industry's propoganda..
doesn't matter. I eat it everyday.
soy cheese......yum
then you're not a vegetarian.
VEGETARIAN: someone who doesn't eat products from animal or animal product.
last time i looked milk and cheese were from animal.
dairy animals don't have it easy either.. why not read up about it.
