I am really hungry . . .?!
Answers: I am really hungry and I want something super healthy and super filling . . . I feel huge after I eat pasta and I am still hungry after I eat a Salad (I am a vegetarian). I know this is a stupid question but I seriously have no idea.
baked poato, with baked beans, maybe some dairy free marge?
pizza!!
soup, with some bread?
fried mushrooms and tomatoes of variouse types, with some olive oil on thickly sliced, lightly toasted bread... maybe onions too?
curry of some sort with rice?
Stirfry? Rice or noodles?
veggie burger... not like a fake meat one but an actual veggie burger! some home made chips...
you've probably eaten by now anyway...
Ohh if you can eat eggs! omlete! with like, whatever you have in the fridge!!
Pasta Primavera
You mix the pasta with the veggies
rice and beans!!! fills you up, really healthy, good protein
Do you like oatmeal? If you do, I would eat that...b/c it's so full of fiber that it fills you up for a while. (and it's yummy) :)
hmmm, it's harder for vegetarians ... al denta pasta will absorb moisture in your stomach and grow larger ... salad does not have that many calories - assuming a smart dressing, etc. ...
have you tried fried rice and stir-friend veggies??? about 1/2 - 3/4 cooked rice and about 1- 1.5 cups stir-fried veggies (broccoli, onions, snap peas, zucchini, carrots, etc.) ... use a smart amount of oil and low sodium soy sauce - add a little garlic powder, 1 tsp butter to each, and a dash of ginger powder ... YUM
(i love meat, but I still like this stuff!)
APPLES AND PEANUT BUTTER.
Super tasty.
Super filling.
You got some protein.
And all that good stuff from the apples.
Yup, yup!
And if you're still hungry, then make another!

I love to eat baked patatoes when i am hungry. or have Tofu. If u do the right things to it then it tastes good. Im still trying to make it taste good. umm I love Carrots and dip. Bread and butter (NO TRANS FATS) Veggie burgers, Fake hotdogs and other fake meat products.
Eat salad and THEN eat pasta.
A hearty noodle soup with salad will fill you up very healthily. Drink a glass of water or two with your meal. Spicy food tends to fill me up more quickly. Toss grilled chunks of tofu or tempeh on your salad. If you're hungry half an hour or an hour later, have a large piece of fruit.
