SOY cheese
None...for they are all infested with microscopic 'mites' (or bugs)
good Q. but i do believe all cheeses made from dairy have rennet by definition, don't they?
There is one, it is popular in the middle east... ugh can't think of what it is called. Its weird because it also doesn't melt when cooked.

I also found this:

rennetless cheese are sold at most health food stores. these of course, would not be appropriate for a vegan, but if you eat dairy, they are pretty good. i don't think you can assume any cheese is made without animal rennet unless it is specifically marked.

soy would be another alternative.
many soy cheeses do not contain rennet. Although even with soy cheese you much watch out for the casein which is often one of the first ingredients (and a milk protein). There are some great soy cheeses out there though.
All Veggie cheeses do not & also Alta Dena Raw Cheeses do not.
Here's a pretty decent list of cheeses;

Slainté(to your health)
Most (if not all, I'm not sure as I don't eat dairy anymore) Tillamook cheeses are made without animal rennet. Look on the side of the package; the ones that aren't say so specifically.
If you are not sure then buy your cheese from only an organic food shop, or from a Natural foods shops which sell vitamins and such. They also sell fresh foods such as farmer's cheese. They are always 100% vegetarian.
