Fettucini Alfredo is ALL about the cheese and cream (and butter)... that's what makes the recipe. If there were a way to substitute those items, especially the cream & cheese, I can't imagine it would taste anything like Fettuccini Alfredo should taste... or even remotely close. Why compromise flavor or quality? I'd skip that one rather than ruin it.
