There is virtually no nutritional value in mushrooms, other than possiblyfilling ou up a big. Once sliced, they lose anything they might have had very rapidly and dry out.

It's a shame, 'cause I love 'em too!

my mom told me it wasnt healthy to eat mushrooms because of the fungus....I LOVE MUSHROOMS...so i eat them anyway...i dont know if they are nutritous but im sure they have some fiber
