What can and can't you eat if you are a vegetarian?!
Answers: I had a thought that I'd be nice to be a vegetarian, but I couldn't live without eating eggs. I'm just curious.
Eggs and cheese are animal products. Vegetarians do not eat any type of meat. You can be vegetarian. It's called a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Vegans do not eat animal products at all.Read up, and try it! You might like it.
Some vegetarians eat eggs. They're ovo-vegetarians. Some vegetarians eat dairy. They're lacto-vegetarians.
Both? Ovo-lacto-vegetarian.
Just stay away from eating meat (watch out for processed foods that contain meaty things like gelatin) and you're fine.
It's vegans who don't eat any of the above, nor do they eat any animal biproducts.
I am vegetarian, I eat milk, cheeses, eggs...pretty much any animal product that isn't the animal itself.
A vegan is someone who won't eat Meat or any animal products at all, they can't even eat skittles because it has ground hoof powder in it.
I'm a vegetarian for health reasons, not because I hate meat. I'm thinking about starting to eat fish at least, just because it's so healthy if it's fresh. Good luck in your becoming a vegetarian. At first it was hard for me but I've seen how it has changed by life and there are so many foods out there that are healthy and taste good.
Vegetarians don't eat animals, basically. no fish, chicken, beef, pork, other poultry or deer or goat or any other animal people eat. we eat cheese and eggs and other dairy and animal products. No skittles or starbursts or gummy bears or gummy snacks because they contain gelatin- made from boiled animal bones and ligaments. some yogurt has it too, check the labels of everything you eat. even vegetable soup is often made with chicken stock.
can't- anything with animals
