watch the movie "peaceable kingdom" put out by farm contrary. you will never eat meat again. Its just a matter of being educated, and remember what really goes on in the meat and dairy industry.
grocery stores, restaurants etc, try to disassociate the fact that they are serving dead animals, and the fact they they were tortured, beaten, fed hormones, antibiotics and vaccinated about 20 times before getting to your plate. just remember where your "meat" really came from. The choice is yours, no one is making you eat meat.

Well one thing for sure. Your not a veggietarian anymore lol. Umm maybe you should run away from meat. Like literrally

best advice i can give u to stop eating meat is to stop eating meat.

stay away from it and dont buy it

Watch one of those programs where it shows what they do to the animals. Like how they kill them. My friends a vegiterian and she said it ALWAYS works.

well i would never be a vegetarian but if you don't eat meat - just don't eat it - i don't see why that is so hard...

when you go out to eat stop ording meat. when you are cooking at home don't cook meat. and if you are at a friends house resist meat.

Replace all meat in your Fridge with Fake Meats or Use Tofu.. And COOK the Tofu with meat.. tastes exactly The same But Just Every time You see meat think of the facroty farms and Poop Defensless animals Being Abused unessisairly.

Don't put it in your mouth.

Sure, just stick to the healthier animal products like chicken breast, tuna fish, shrimp. Avoid things like bacon, sausage and hamburger meat. Continue eating mostly vegetarian, but avoid simple carbs...but remember that complex carbs are your friend.

Stop.

Imagine that adorable cow licking your face or that little pig oinking or that pretty chicken strutting about brilliantly. This is what I do when I walk out and smell my neighbor's bar b q. then I grab a bocca burger and toss it on the grill. and know that we are making a difference and we are healthier.

I recommend mastering the correct usage of your shift and caps lock keys.

A bit more detail about your situation is needed. There is a reason that you are beginning to eat meat again. Is it lack of variety?(many new vegetarian do not know what to cook and therefore eat the same things often). If this is the case you need to increase your recipes(believe me there are a ton). Is it the taste you miss(which also has to do with recipes). Many meat dishes are not flavored from the meat, but from sauces and seasoning. If this is the reason than be creative and turn your old favorite meat dishes vegetarian. For example- Sloppy joes or tacos can be made using lentils or veggie crumbles. Chicken soup can be made with tofu or fake chicken. The list is endless, you just have to find out what works for you.

If you do not want to eat meat than you need to remember why you stopped in the first place and renew that commitment.

yeah i know what thats like, to avoid eating meat,
1)donot bring any into your home.
2)donot work at a restaurant
3)

stop dating.

go out to your local store and see when they are scheduled to get in their next shipment of will power and go ahead and buy all of it.

There are many things you can turn to (being a vegeterian.) If you truely want to stay a committed vegeterian think about why you even became one in the first place. If you became one to save the lives of those cute little animals it should be no prob! If this is important to you, than you know that it is important that you don't loose you're "vegeterian verginity" to a pice of gross, dirty, nasty meat. Think of it as why you became one in the first place. There are how to stay vegeterian tips on peta2.

Don't put it in your mouth - that's how.

There must be a reason you started eating meat. Maybe you are just "listening" to your body. That's a good idea. So, to decide whether or not you should continue or try to stop eating meat, listen to your body again.

Do you feel better? Do you feel less stress? Is it making life easier for you? Think about those things.

Try meat substitutes to curb your craving and make sure you are getting a balanced diet. It's hard to give an answer when we don't know your reasons for starting to eat meat again. Is it cravings, tireness, weakness, nausea, or other problems? Give some more info and maybe we can better assist you.

are you sure you want to be a vegetarian? what made you wish to become one?
and if you want to stop eating meat, just think a little about the poor animals that were killed for this. also there are plenty of good non-meat foods you can eat.

There is an easy solution-

DON'T DO IT!!! Remind yourself of why you became a vegetarian in the first place. Look at videos on peta.org, clear your kitchen of meat and fish, don't give in!

Why dont you want to? It tastes great, and its perfectly natural.
Besides, for every animal you dont eat, I'm gonna eat two.

You are NOT a vegetarian if you eat meat. Stop being so damn weak and decide if you want meat or bean sprouts.

Eat meat.....it's full of proteins. Chicken is especially good for you, and liver!!!! Lots of iron in liver.

if you started eating it again it may mean this veggie thing wont be easy for you. if your up for the challenge, STAY AWAY FROM IT!! if you cant live w/o ur steak and ribs..dig in!!

Enjoy it! Eat Meat.

Welcome back to reality.
