www.taste.com.au has some good pages, and i heard that www.masterfoods.com.au has some as well.
There is also a recipe for vegetarian lasagna just cut up some veges (diced, strips, sliced etc) roast until tender, then make as you would a regular lasagna. (I am a vegetarian and have used that a fair bit, and i dont use the roux sauce)
