Answers: Im asking this cuz i have tmau (google it ) and i can't eat alot of meats cuz i will smell.

if you mean fruit and veges, yes they are better raw as cooking destroys a certain amount of vitamins. Steaming veges is preferable over boiling as well as less nutrients are lost. If you only steam them until just soft you won't lose too many nutrients though and you might be more likely to eat a larger variety and amount this way.
But some things, like eggs, are better consumed cooked as they may contain salmonella which can cause food poisoning. Heating destroys this bacteria.
