An overweight vegan or vegetarian or meat eater?!

Question: which one has the most fat in there body given that any excess weight is stored as dangerous fat.

Answers: which one has the most fat in there body given that any excess weight is stored as dangerous fat.

I would say the meat eater but only because a meat eater has a little more fat in their diet but it still is somewhat healthy because that person still eats their vegetables and exercises vegans only eat vegetables and some fats from nuts and other things like that and so they have less then it is the vegetarian then the meat eater has the most fat.

What weighs more, a pound of rocks or a pound of feathers?

All three are unhealthy.

The dairy/egg-eater and the meat eater are more likely to consume higher levels of saturated fat and pesticides. They both consume dietary cholesterol and the vegan person consumes virtually no cholesterol.

well it depends because you could have just turned vegan/veggie, so that dont really count

but say for example you have been a vegan/veggie pretty much all your life or for like years, not months or weeks then i would say that they have less fat

but im no expert thats just what i think, and im a vegetarian =]

Being overweight is not healthy no matter what the diet. The healthier people would be the vegetarians (both vegan and vegetarian). These people would have less cholesterol among other things. If you are overweight, you need to do more than change your diet. You need to exercise too.

Well, the meat eater.Even if they aren't overweight they would have toxins and bacteria in their body.Everything that an animal eats gets stored in your body too. So,if the animal was given feed that was grown with pesticides, you get the pesticides too,but at a higher conecentration, since bacteria and toxins are more easily stored in fat tissue and as you go higher up in the food chain the more bacteria gets stored.
