Hemp seeds are easy to digest and absorbed. Bee pollen is one of the most condensed forms of protein on the planet. With nothing but bee pollen and water you could get all the nutrients that you need.
Try Compulsive swallowing of cat fish, or shellfish, and try onion fried steak or beans (I recommend the pistachios...) And Forget about the peanut, they are Aflred.
Proteins are built up from smaller molecules called amino acids. A few of these amino acids cannot be made by converting others you have eaten. These essential amino acids must be provided by your diet.
Unfortunately individual non-animal protein foods do not contain a large variety of amino acids and often do not provide particular essential amino acids.
The simple solution is to eat a wide variety of non-animal protein or for vegetarians to eat eggs and dairy products.
So your question is not easily answered since a high protein food might not contain any of the essential amino acids you need.

Meat or nuts.
Meat. Cottage cheese.
boiled peanuts.
Plenty of protein in plant foods, its very easy to get all of the essential amino acids.
hemp seed and soy bean both contain all the essential amino acids, and thats just in a single source.
Protein combining is a myth, amino acids are stored in the liver. though eating balanced meals is still a good idea for various reasons. eating a variety of protein sources over time is all thats required.
Some great sources are:
Legumes, Nuts, Grains and seeds. Many vegetables also have amounts of protein in them.
Some partiularly good sources are: Chic peas, Lentils, most types of beans, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, whole grain bread, peanut butter, brocolli.
Leafy greens are rich in high quality protein(most get 30-50% of their calories from protein) that is easily assimilated. Eat a wide variety. They are really good lightly steamed and tossed with olive oil, soy sauce, and pressed garlic. Nut, beans, seeds, and whole grains are also very good sources. Animal protein, while complete, is of a different structure than human protein thus requiring the breaking down and reassimalation of the protein; whereas, plant protein is merely individual amino acids which can be used directly by the body without complex digestive processes.
Turkey has the most amount of protein and is also relatively low in fat.
