ANY fresh fruits and vegetables would promote healing, and here's why: The vitamins and antioxidants in most fruits and vegetables boost the functions of your body, including your immune system's abilty to fight infection and your body's ability to heal from injury. Having said that, I would add that Omega-3's and and vitamin E are especially good for joint health, so since this is is in the vegan section, I would add some almonds and flaxseed to your fruits and vegetables.

squeeze some grapefruit juice over the affected area.

A few shots of apple cyder vinegar a week will help you.

Ask the local people, who know it in your local place.

my mum swears by wrapping affected joints in a savoy cabbage leaf, i had a friend who also swore by this,

apart from that i agree with the poster who said all fresh veg will help keep you healthy and promote healing

Ancient Chinese medicine believed cabbage helped reduce swelling and this has been proven as correct. There's an ingredient in cabbage that does just that. I had some swelling due to poision oak and I ate a ton of cabbage and the swelling went down. Not sure if it was going to go down anyway or the cabbage helped, all I know is I ate lots of cabbage and the swelling went down soon afterwards. In fact the entire healing process seems to have accelerated.

cod liver oil, but it smells
