Soy sauce substitute?!

Question: I love veggie stir fry, and I love soy sauce... The problem is, soy sauce has so much sodium in it, but I love the salty taste.

Any substitutes for soy sauce with lower sodium?

Nama Shoyu, a brand of raw soy sauce that contains wheat.
Bragg's Liquid Aminos (my favorite).

Try putting some into a spray bottle and squirt it over your veggies. You use less than when you pour it over the food so you get less sodium, but still have the great salty taste.

yes! try bragg's liquid aminos.

They make low sodium soy sauces.

Otherwise, experiment with making your own sauces with garlic, ginger, different types of peppers, lemon or lime juice, honey, sesame oil, hoisin sauce....it can be really fun to experiment and delicious...I like it when no two stir fries come out exactly the same.

I forget the name go to your grocers or any asian specialty shop. The name starts with a T it is a low sodium soya and tastes great you won't know the difference. Unfortunately I don't have any in my fridge to look at the name. I'll remember after I submit this probably
