Which is the best nut to eat?!
Answers: i'm a vegeterian and need to get the most out of the best nut that contains more protein.
Peanuts, pecans, pistachios dont always have all of the needed nutrients though it varies though, pine nuts, almonds, and walnuts are good sources of protein but they all pretty much are as long as you eat enough.

100g peanuts contain 24.3g protein,
100g pistachios contain 19.3g protein,
100g almonds contain 16.9g protein,
100g sunflower seeds also contain 24g protein and 7.1mg iron and 120mg calcium
100g sesame seeds contain 26.4g protein
apparently its black walnuts but, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds blow them out of the water for protien.
i like peanuts almonds and pistachios, but pistachios don't really have much protien
i guess all nut are better when they r raw, like hazelnut, kasho,etc....

Peanuts are a bean and therefore not good for you in my opinion. Still I eat some but not much.
Almonds are not so dense in protein as other nuts but they have other super healthfull stuff in them as well, so you might concider eatting some RAW almonds along with other nuts for the protein.
Other than that, I would suggest you eat the seeds and nuts you like, why make it a chore when it can be a pleasure. It isn't like you have to eat a cereal bowl of them, a handfull or two has all the protein you need to fill in your protein requirements of a veg diet.
