From personal experience, what was the number 1 change you saw when you became a Vegan?!
Answers: I′ve been seriously thinking about cutting down or eliminating meat-how has this change helped you?
i do not experience PMS or dysmenorrhea anymore. when i have my period, it's just like any normal day..so carefree!!! i also lost weight
I have been meat-free for 34 years... I have never experienced any physical changes...
More endurance,I've always ran cross country and long distances, but after becoming vegan it became so much easier to do and I feel a lot lighter, after I eat I don't feel bloated or weighed down liike I did when I ate meat.
Not much of a change actually . you might crave meat for awhile, but it will pass, just eat a veggie-burger.
well im only veggie, but it has helped me loose weight, dont have the guilt of knowing iv paid for other living beings to be put through pain and death, dont need as much sleep as i have less body fat, cheaper food, its really exciting when you firsty start. but good luck with the right desision
Meat and meat by-products now make me nauseous. Just the smell sets me off. I could never turn back and eat meat again.
For me, losing weight
More energy. . .don't feel tired and dragged down. . .
I don't have asthma anymore and can exercise as long as I want to without feeling breathless or exhausted. And I lost weight.
Lowered cholesterol! I had a doctors visit the other day and my doctor actually said she was jealous because I had the lowest cholesterol of anyone she has ever seen. Everything else was good too; blood sugars, thyroid, calcium, protien, and triglycerides. She said the average cholesterol is 130. Mine was 92. The last time I had my cholesterol checked prior to becoming a vegetarian my cholesterol was 138. It makes me pretty happy because my family has a history of high cholesterol.
