I was going to give you some websites, but I have no idea where you live, so google "(your state) produce home delivery" and you'll probably find more than a couple local farms that deliver. Good luck. :)

Think local.
Contact your local county organic growers association.

try going to a local produce place usually they will have like home grown stuff that doesn't have all those chemicals in them... like where i live there is this place called berrytown.

I agree with the other posters that you have to look locally but just wanted to add that I think you'll have trouble shopping online because organic foods (just in general) can't be shipped the long distances that most of our foods are since they're preservative-free.

I know trader Joe's but i don't know if you can order on line or not. You can check this web site:

You pay for what you get.
Don't buy organic foods online. Go to the certified organic farmer's market or organic grocery and find food that is grown as close as possible to your region. Your honey, dairy products, and fresh fruit and vegetables should be from local sources. You need and will be happier if you eat and drink the pollen/proteins/carbohydrates of home.

There are local organic farms that will deliver to your door. It may not be online, but the convenience is still there. I am not sure where you live, but here is a link just as an example: http://www.farmfreshtoyou.com/

Also, you may want to consider that local produce may be a better option than organic in some cases. You can always check with your local produce farmers and find out what they use in the way of keeping the bugs and such at bay.

Local farmers also often have programs where you can pay a lump sum (usually a few hundred dollars) up front and in turn you get fresh produce delivered to your door all growing season long. You will only get what is in season and local, but it ensures that you have fresh produce at your door and it helps to support your local produce farmers at the same time.

I hope that helps. Good luck!

In the UK there is now an extensive network of 'veg boxes'. This means paying a certain amount each week/ fortnight and getting organic fresh local in-season vegetables (sometimes fruit) delivered to your door.
You never know what you're going to get, so it forces you to be that it more adventurous in your cooking/ planning/ eating.

I also order bulk wholefoods direct from the local wholesaler, which offsets some of the premium that you pay retail for these goods. We usually make an order with neighbours once every few weeks so we don't have to make the minimum order value on our own!

I'm not sure if either of these solutions are available in your locality, but I thought I'd let you know!

at tyhe butchers ...... beef is raised on plants so bypass the pain and eat the pure processessesssed photosynthesised plant conversion of a2 lb Prime Rib Steak with Au Jus Sauce and Au Grautin Potato with a Cheese Enchillada !!!!

Try amazon.com I don't know for sure if you can buy any there, but they sell just about everything.

....sells dried blueberries and cherries plus chocolate covered & sugar free dried blueberries. I am considering going in a bulk buy with friends. We are working on eating healthier. Hubby and I just bought some organic apples (Honey Crisps) at an organic orchard that were seconds which means they may have a flaw but for the most part they were not shaped perfectly. Big deal...until the price goes down I'd rather go organic (2nds) when available especially when non-organic isn't as healthy, as fresh, and just as expensive in the grocery stores.

Here's a tip....organic milk in the box can be stored in the pantry until opened and also can be cheaper than dairy or non dairy when purchased with c/o or on sale. It's very good in the summer when mixed with a dash of vanilla, cinnamon/nutmeg, and poured over fresh fruits such as a mix of blueberries, sliced strawberries, peaches, apricots, dried fruit(raisins), and a few nuts such as walnuts, almonds, pecans etc. A friend of mine had these on chill when a couple of us visited her for a garden tour.

You can't. Organic foods will usually cost you between 25%-50% more than the regular foods ... and actually there is very little difference. It's all a marketing ploy.
