Is omega 3 an additive?!

Question: More processed foods are choosing to fortify with Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Yes, it can be an additive, just like vitamin supplements are. Omega 3 fatty acids are found in fish, grass fed beef, lamb and pork, chickens fed a diet containing omega 3 FAs and their eggs. Omega 3's are in seed and nuts, too, and especially fatty fish.

I have not heard that it is.

No, naturally occurring Fatty Acid. Predominantly found in fish and nuts.

It's naturally occuring in some seafoods and flax seeds, for example. There's probably some other seeds and nuts that have Omega 3 fatty acids.

For "normal" diets no ... for vegetarian and the vegan cult members it is unless they focus in on crap like "flaxseed" to get it.
