    not sure what vitamins exactly but I know they ARE very nutritous.

    Good points

    Very low in saturated fat
    No cholesterol
    High in dietary fiber
    Very high in manganese
    High in magnesium
    High in potassium
    High in vitamin C

    Bad points

    Very high in sugar

    Beets are excellant for you. If you hate them there are other veggies just as good.
    I happen to luv them. I like the Raw on fresh salads, Cooked & even pickled.. they are great of fresh salads too. I also am super crazy about Beet Greens.
