Why would you be happy about that after the fact? I know you didn't realize at first, but afterwards when you found out you fed her something that she didn't believe in eating it's not cool to find humor in it. It's one of her beliefs and you should consider her feelings.

My mother is vegan, I would never do that... It's immature and mean, what's the point?

You sound like a charming person. If you are in food hospitality and you are asked a question like that, you always go back and ask the chefs to be sure. It's the same for food allergies.

No, but I made my "lactose intolerant" friend have dairy! I knew it was all in her head bc her mother is paranoid and raised her to think that every stomach ache was from dairy. So we made her a great pasta dish with cheese sauce, and didn't tell her :::: no stomach ache:::: lol...

how interesting...no I haven't

Not cool dude!!!

thats mean

yeah, i told my vegetarian friend that i had a veggie burger especially for him ... and it was real beef.

i mostly just wanted him to eat, because we were at a barbecue and there weren't any nonmeat products, plus i felt bad for forgetting him...
BUT
he never found out.

so it all worked out. =P

normally I consider the reason they are vegetarian or vegan first... one friend swears she just doesn't like the taste and that we don't make meat correctly in america.. I try to fool her all the time.. i have another friend who can't stand the thought of dieing animals... and she wont' eat anything that has a brain.... Her i leave alone.. i don't want to ruffle things and make her feel like she is doing something bad... then i also have a friend whos religion prohibits it.... so... i definantly don't mess wiht that i don't need responsibility for her eternal soul..

Yes I have. I fed a vegan pot stickers and when he asked if it contained meat, I said no, he ate it, loved it and is hooked today. Me bad to da bone, big meat pusher. Don't like it? Call Geico.

What do you get when cross pig with karate?

pork chops

Not with malice, but I have done it once.

I guess would call it a misdemeanor rather than a felony. My wife made a rice dish with chicken stock and I unknowingly told my vegan guests that it was vegetable stock. oops.

im a veggie, but i do actually find this quiete funny, not because a vagen ate meat, but because of your stupidity and immaturity, lol.
anyway, if someone did it to me, i would quickly break their nose then leave, simple as that.

My friend was vegetarian, until we went to an amusement park and I wanted a hotdog...

She caved so bad!

That is not funny in the least. What if she had a shellfish allergy?

No, I do not think anybody with any maturity at all would pull the stunt you did. You give a bad names to chefs and cooks everywhere. I am sure the culinary school you attended must be so proud.

Please do not come back on this board if this is all you can think about asking.

edit- and I am not even a vegetarian!

I'd never do that. That is so messed up. That's like feeding a Muslim pork. I know a lot of Vegans hate the rest of us meat eaters, and they basically have their own fundamental religion...but that is no reason to hate them back and do something messed up to violate their dietary restrictions. You could have made her another dish. Don't give them more fuel to preach and belittle us with man. Respect even the racist that calls you out of your name. Hating them back only drags you down to their level.

Very unprofessional of you. What ever happened to "the customer is always right?"

What if she had an allergy to lobster and died? Would you still think it's funny?

Real tough guy talking crap behind a monitor making fun of others for their eating habits huh? I pity losers like you.

you are an immoral chef.

thats harsh, but so funny!

lol thats really funny i havent done it but u have gave me the idea to do it i wonna do it now

That is the funniest thing I've read all day! Good job!
